BYU Wins vs. Virginia!

Another win was achieved by BYU against Virginia this last Saturday, September 20, 2014 with a final score of 41-33. They are now ranked #20 in the nation!

By halftime, BYU was down by 3 16-13, and then in the second half the BYU offense and special teams racked up 4 touchdowns to take the win. One of the big weaknesses was that the defense couldn't tackle good enough, had personal fouls, and couldn't get Virginia off the field, so that led to Virginia keeping the game close. Taysom Hill led a good victory and BYU stayed strong amidst their struggles throughout the game. With a BYE WEEK this week, they should be able to improve their game enough (especially on defense) to win big against Utah State. Go Cougars!

BYU's next game will be October 3, 2014 vs. Utah State and will be played in Provo. It is scheduled to be at 8:15 PM MST on ESPN with the usual pre- and post-game shows on BYUtv. The BYU football team will be wearing Royal Blue jerseys for the game.
